This was a fun and enlightening book to read because it really explained why entrepreneurs are so different from everyone else. Business starts know how to handle problems efficiently because they want results that will last. Employees on the other hand are viewed as a constant source of problems that owners and managers have to deal with because they are so short sighted in how they deal with problems. Employees view problems with a band-aid solution and Entrepreneurs view problems with a permanent solution.

If you are looking to understand where you stand and if your thinking style matches one or the other then this is a great book to sit down with and learn more about yourself. You will learn if your style to working through problems or fixing problems is where you want it to be and how to go about fixing it.

I enjoyed this book and glad to know which side I stand on and have learned to understand each side better. You will enjoy this book because each charter is short and clear.
