liked it

I don't usually read non-fiction books, but have heard about this one frequently and wanted to give it a read. It was good, I liked her detailed examples and ideas during her year-long happiness project. I don't know I'd set up resolutions and projects as she did, but she did have some great ideas on how to lead a happier life.
