I have been reading 'The sisterhood of the Traveling pants.' The author is Ann Brashares. The setting is in different places. The main conflict of the book is how these pants can fit all of the four friends. The pants changed each of these girls lives. Some found love others found out about family. Each character had a problem. Carmen had to deal with her fathers new family. Not having everything be the same. Timmy had to deal with a little girl who drove her crazy but at the end grew closer too her. She had to let the little girl go because she had die. The other two girls had to deal with loving people they can't have.
What makes the book good is how these pants had fit all of the friends and it changes all there lives. How the pants keeps them together. I also think its good because everyone wants friends or wants to be close to there friends. I think people who has friends issuse shuold read this because it gives them hope.
Well everyone should read it because you learn but friendships. Everyone would like something cool like that. People could learn how to connect with there friends. Not with the pants but with keeping in touch and always being there for each other. How these friend help each other even those they are far and also how different they are. They still up being best friends. Teens would really love this book because of the conflicts.
The authors grab how they friends would always be togetther. They would always have the pants to give them a good memeber.
