This was my first introduction into the Discworld books and is still one of my favorites by Terry Pratchett. It is the 15th he has written in the series and the 2nd in the City Watch stories and introduced me to many of the staple characters and guilds of Ankh-Morpork.

Terry Pratchett writing style is witty with a strong dose of satire mixed in for good measure. The Discworld novels are not fantasy books per say but cleverly disguised books for adults written for children. I have enjoyed all I have read and consider his books a "good find" as he seems to write at least 1 a year and there are currently 37 of his books in this series.

I laughed out loud many times while reading this book as well as the many others in this fun series of books.
