01/30/2009 Blood and Chocolate by: Annette Curtis Klause. A young teenage girl named Vivian, who is confused about her love life, is trying to figure out if she likes “meat boys” or her own kind. This book takes place in the suburbs of Maryland. I think that she can’t be with “meat boys” because they don’t understand her culture. Vivian tries to be with “meat boys”, who she hides the fact that she is a wolf when there is, a full moon. Although she turns into a wolf at night, she is human by day. Not a soul
cannot stop her from dating a human, until she becomes a queen of her own kind.
