I read this one this past weekend. It was very good. Somehow this book did not feel dated, although it was from 1972. I liked that the heroine Elise was not a good people person (rather reserved) although she took care of her father and brother. The hero Lester was like a boy in school. He kept needling her because he wanted her attention and liked her but was afraid to show it.

Tammy Only 1972? Makes me feel OLD! LOL!

Danielle The Book Huntress (Back to the Books) You are not old. I was born the year after. So if you're old, so am I. LOL. :)

Tammy I was actually born in 1970. This year I will be 39 (thirty-fine!)

Danielle The Book Huntress (Back to the Books) We're in our prime! Let's enjoy it. At least you have kids, so no rush on the biological clock. That makes it even better, don't you think?
