really liked it
bookshelves: fiction, children
Read in January, 2009

It's been said that this book is like a methadone for HP fans. Well, I am quite happy to be nibbling it. It is definitely children fairy tale and I am savouring it. Particularly Dumbledore's notes :D
Ok last night I finished reading it. I stand by my original assesment. It is a quite delightful tales of good versus evil. They're all very straightforward. I might even take the trouble to translate them on the spot to read them to my kids. I like that there the heroes all had to work things out for themselves ie. they gotta think and do instead of waiting around.
Not sure if non-Potter fans will find this as delightful but I think it is a must for all Potter fans.
