I usually evaluate how thought provoking and intellectual a book is by the number of my highlights and let's just say I only had a few. This book was rather disappointing since I really enjoyed Daniel Pink's last book "Drive" and was excited to read this. Unfortunately, this books seems forced and the narrative other than some historical/background information rather falls within the realm of recycled and repackaged pop science (Malcolm Gladwell, Jonah Lehrer).
