really liked it

This was a wonderful story with great and interactive pictures. The story is about a girl and her grandparents where they look out the kitchen window and the granddaughter is taken to a magical place. The window seems to attract every important event, wether it is in front, nearby, or around it. She discovers all these fun things that are near it. She can play games, watch her grandpa play music, but most importantly enjoy her special bond with her grandparents. This book was a bit emotional for me because it reminded me of my grandpa who passed away four years ago. I would spend days after days in the house playing with him, he was the most special person to me. I would read this book to children to show them what imagination can do for you. I would also point out the themes of family. Family is so special to young children that reading aloud and showing themes of how they also feel would be great.
