it was amazing

Kazatzakis is the most popular Greek author.. he wrote Zorba the Greek (no.. it wasnt just a movie) and other books like the Last Tempation... his books are a bit hard to read.. deep... this book is about his visits to China and Japan almost a century ago.. although Japan was a totally different country back then, its still amazes me with how much love he wrote about my half-country..... he was impressed by the little things, like cherry blossom and little lights...Kazantakis was an atheist... and back then, if u said so in Greece u d be sent to fire... strangely enough I think he was more religious than any other Greek.. in his own way...
