Lady Emily Ashton is in London for the season, flirting with Colin Hargreaves, and gets the scent of an interesting mystery when heirlooms belonging to Marie Antoinette being to disappear from society homes.

Emily's erratic method of tracking down the solution to the mystery was a bit irritating (and her many completely thoughtless actions), but I enjoyed the code cracking and her study of Greek. Decent fun, but I think I've had enough of Lady Ashton for the time being.
