it was amazing
bookshelves: sounds, sensory, animal-sounds, responsibility, spider

I loved reading this book. Eric Carle always puts so much creativity into his books; for example, you are able to "feel" the spider's web and the fly and spider in The Very Busy Spider. Also the colors of the other animals were unique as well. This book is also full of animal sounds, which the children will love to imitate.

Learning Experience: I will make a sensory box full of different materials(yarn. cotton balls, pine cones, etc). The children will have to feel around in the box without looking inside and discuss amongst themselves what they felt, smelt, or even heard.
