Good book. This had a different type of plot, involving Sara going back in time to the day she met Jack. He had been killed a few months before leaving her pregnant with his child. While on the way to the hospital she crashed, then woke up months earlier. Now she has a chance to change the outcome of their relationship. I really liked both Jack and Sara. Jack was recovering from his war injuries and back working for the family business. When he met Sara he felt close to her right away. They seem to have a lot in common and certainly have fun together. She also seems to sense that he is in danger and convinces him that he needs to find out who has it in for him. While he is developing some strong feelings for Sara, he also has some trust issues and is at first hesitant to believe someone is trying to kill him. When he does, he is very intent on finding the truth and protecting Sara. I liked the way that Sara tries so hard to make sure that Jack survives this time. She has to try very hard not to give away the fact that she knows more about him than he thinks she does. When the attacks continue, even as the circumstances change, Sara has to find a way to convince Jack. One thing she knows is that her feelings for him are stronger than ever. I loved the ending, where the identity of the bad guy kept me guessing until then. The epilogue was good too, as I like seeing the couples I read about a few months down the line.
