bookshelves: trashy-is-as-trashy-does, predictable-chicklit, mysterious, good-for-decking, 2005-read

It's definitely nice, light reading, just what I was in the mood for. It didn't require a huge amount of brain power, but was fun to read. The people were all sort of characatures, but lovable.

As is often the case with romance novels, the leading lady is in need of a husband and the leading man is a womanizer. Surprise, surprise, she reforms him with chocolate-chip cookie fumes. As corny as it sounds, and as predictable as this was, it was still entertaining. I also liked the added element of a mini mystery. Not that I didn't figure that out, either, but that made it more fun than a standard-issue romance novel.

Amy Hey! Now I can easily see which of the series you have -- or I can just stop keeping an eye out for you, which might be easier. :) Oh wait. This isn't the series. Scratch that!

Antof9 LOL!

(p.s. you can see that on BC, ya know!)
