it was amazing
bookshelves: arthurian-legend, teenage-me

Teenage Me could not get enough of this book. I always loved Arthurian legends, and this is such a vivid and unusual telling. I wrote a review of this book on once, after I had bought a stack of Teenage Me books in a fit of nostalgia. And, amazingly, I got an email from the author! He thanked me for my kind words, and was very glad that I had enjoyed the book. For that, this book will always be a favorite.

Lori Oh my goodness I feel the same!!! I reread this book so much as a teen and I still name it as my favourite of all time!

Welwyn Wilton Thanks, Lori! It was an engrossing book to write.

Welwyn Wilton As you, Laura! Of the ten books I've written, it was the only one my editors said that people would find hard to read. But I have always trusted my readers. Those. who love fantasy, especially ones based on myth, are my favourite people, and I suspect none of them find my books too hard!
