it was ok

It's really one and a half stars but I rounded up to be nice. This is an overly self-indulgent, narrow, whinny recount of a journey that should have been shared over wine and cheese with like-minded friends or blogged about at best. Gilbert is humorous and entertaining at times but her 'search' unfortunately never escapes the pretentious and superficial.

Pat Thank God someone else feels the same way about this book as I do! So self absorbed! I don't detect any love in it at all.
