It's been a long time since I read a middle-grade fantasy book and I thought I might have lost interest in them. Yet, here I was enjoying a 70 pages ebook, and every time I had to put the book down, I kept thinking about what happened or what will happen. This book without a doubt is something you have never read before in a middle-grade fantasy book. Nisha, our main character is this sassy, bold, wise princess (I love her!) At first, I thought that Nisha's and Faris's characteristics were too "adult" compared to Ged, Nisha's "fiancé", who is so childish that because of him I don't even want to have kids. But I soon realized that both, Nisha and Faris had to grow up faster because of their circumstances. The plot itself is really interesting and the writing is vivid, it felt like I was watching a TV show (which I think would be amazing, little me would definitely enjoy watching these three kids flying and going on an adventure.) However, the story is really short. The book is only 70 pages, there is a lot of things happening, it was very fast-paced so there is a lot of information dumping, which I didn't enjoy. The plot, the characters (Oh, how I love Nisha and Aunt Char, she's such a badss), and the atmosphere are amazing and beautiful, but I just really don't like how fast it was going. All I can say about this book is that I need more and I definitely can't wait to read the sequel (which the cover also looks so gorgeous!) to continue on the adventure!

okay, can I just say again how obsessed I'm with Nisha's sassy attitude? I mean she is a princess, but it's just so refreshing to see her complained about how her meal tasted bland ( I know that doesn't make any sense, she is acting like a "spoiled" princess. But you just have to read the book and you will fall in love with her, she's so adorable!)
