Gabriel's Rapture by Sylvain Reynard

The sequel to Gabriel's Inferno picks up where we left off with Gabriel and Julianne travelling to Florence for Gabriel's lecture. They turn the 2 weeks into a sensual journey as Julianne gives Gabriel the gift of her innocence as they become lovers. Soon, reality intrudes as they must go back to Toronto.

Upon their return, things are going good. Julianne receives word that she has been accepted at Harvard with a bursary that will fully cover all her expenses. She is excited, but also worried that a long distance relationship might not be good for her & Gabriel. Before she can contemplate it very long, she & Gabriel have charges brought against them for violating the non-fraternization policy. The charges could cost them both - Gabriel his career and Julianne her entrance to Harvard. Gabriel decides to make the ultimate sacrifice for his brown-eyed angel by taking the brunt of the blame, but due to a misunderstanding and miscommunication, Julianne thinks that he has ended their relationship. She is emotionally destroyed since she thinks that it is over.

In the interim, both Julianne and Gabriel must find their inner strength to overcome their fears so that they can face the future - the question being : Will it be with each other or alone?

Will they have a happily ever after or will all their dreams be denied?
