Surrender is unique, exciting, full of action, love and loyalty. I love that Aimee Laine threw us right into the action right from the start. The action keeps going from beginning to end.

Surrender has really great characters that really helped push this story along.

As a mimic, Lily Crane was shown as weak and damaged. Within the book we see how Lily is saved form any problems she has. Unfortunately the way Lily looks causes a case of mistaken identity; thus the story begins. Throughout this novel we get to see Lily grow and become a strong woman who can make her own decisions in her life.

Cael Aldridge, her best friend, was secretly in love with lily Crane.

I really loved how the relationship between Lily and Cael developed. It was nice to get to see everything right from the beginning. This is a great love story that will keep you engaged from the start.

Aimee Laine did a wonderful job on her sequel to Little White Lies. Surrender (Mimics of Rune, #2) I would definitely recommend.
