** spoiler alert ** How could someone not enjoy these books, they always end up happy. This particular Argeneau book is focused on Thomas, one of the younger ones in the family besides his sister. He is being sent off to England to help find his Aunt Marguerite who has mysteriously stopped contacting everyone in the family. Which wouldn't be that big of a deal except Lissiana (her only daughter) is pregnant and about to pop. Thomas goes off to England, and everything is already falling apart. He is supposed to meet one of Bastien's employees but ends up leaving her (Inez) standing in the airport because no one ever told him he was supposed to meet her there. Inez of course ends up tracking down Thomas because she wants to keep her job with Bastien.

Thomas and Inez begin the search for his aunt, and along the way Inez finds out all about the immortals and how Thomas is in fact her life mate. But of course, many things get in the way of their happiness, besides Thomas' missing aunt.

This book had a lot of action involved in it, and many of the past characters show up in this one, so the reader gets a brief look in to see how all the couples in the family are doing. This wasn't my favorite out of the books, but it was still pretty good.
