really liked it
bookshelves: mystery

Connelly is one of my favorite mystery writers and I was looking forward to this one. It didn't disappoint! The main character, lawyer Mickey Haller, was introduced in The Lincoln Lawyer. These are written in the first person, a departure for Connolly that he does exceedingly well. Along with a tight, suspenseful plot, this book also features Harry Bosch, Connelly's signature character from his long series. A fast-paced, enthralling read.
