it was amazing
bookshelves: career-related, kindle

I really enjoy these Gladwell books - the examples he uses are really interesting and I like the way he ties things together. I was especially fascinated by the war games scenario. I think he does a good job analyzing our gut feelings and instantaeous decisions - one of the most interesting discussions is about how simple purchases actually benefit from more thought, while more expensive, complex purchases are actually more successful when people don't over analyze them. I'll definitely have to pay attention to how I make decisions and how satisfied I am with them in the future.
