it was amazing
bookshelves: all-time-favorites, favorites, m-m, military-soldier-war, short-stories, kind-of-reviewed
Read in August, 2012

I'm left speechless, and a bit raw.
This is the best short story I have ever read. So much emotion crammed into a few pages.

Read Kate's review for something more coherent.
And for goodness sake, read the book.

I'll squeal with you and Deb. I wish I could make people drop everything and read this. It cuts right through you.

I just opened first page to read it one more time.
I can't remember last time I did that with a book.
It's freaking beautiful.

DL This should be mandatory reading. Not only was there a tender romance but it was done in a war time setting with no Politics intruding. Very fine line that is.
