really liked it
bookshelves: urban-fantasy, mystery

** spoiler alert ** The one where Bill heads off to Peru, Eric loses his memory, and Sookie falls in love and into bed with the suddenly much nicer Eric (without his disdain for humans and so on, and passionately in love or lust with Sookie).

I liked this - Eric without his memory is sweet - but I suppose I keep wondering where Bill is getting to. I had this idea that this series would always be about Bill and Sookie, but Bill seems to have left the scene quite early. Now I think about it though, Sookie gaining her independence and falling into new relationships is much more interesting.

I thought Jason being bitten by a were was a bit of an odd plot introduction - I mean, it comes in handy in the next book but then seems to disappear only to be occasionally mentioned. I don't know, I liked Jason as a character without him being a were - was it supposed to make him more understanding of supes in general and Sookie's life?

Anyway, I liked it - I'm really enjoying this fluffy little series.
