I really liked the idea behind Perfect Escape however there are several flaws in it that I can't really seem to get my mind past. First of all as someone who suffers form mild OCD I hate how Grayson seems to be so capable of getting over his obsessions so easily. I know for a fact that if I were in Graysons position I would not be handling it so easily. I understnad the need for him to have some co-operation in order for the book to progress, I just feel that it all went a little to smoothly and quickly. At some parts of the book In quite enjoy Kendra's tough love with Gray, and that she pushes him to get past these things, but at others I feel she is being very unfair too hard on Gray. That being said I would have loved if this book were in the style of switching pespectives; going back and forth between Kendra and Grayson, that way you would gather a deeper understanding of how Grayson feels durig his rituals. It's something I neccesairly need to understand mor ebut I think it would have addded to the story and other reader would get a better sense of the illness. Also I enjoyed at the end how Grayson ended up helping Kendra at Zoe's house it seemed a little bit unlikely but I really appreciated Grayson's act courage. Overall it was a decent book
