This story line is known for one thing and that's the death of Jason Todd. That's not a spoiler, that's on the back of the book. As important as that is though, I wish it was more common knowledge that this is also the story line where the Joker becomes the Iranian Ambassador to the United Nations. Yeah, that details is often omitted when talking about this story, instead it's all about the voting by phone, the close results, and the fallout.

This four comic arc is enjoyable, but really, it felt like Jason was slated to die from the get-go. Supposedly the voting came after 427 was released, but the whole tone feels like Jason had to die. Maybe that's just me.

As part of the Batman canon, this ought to be read by any Batman fan, but it's not going to be all that memorable otherwise.
