really liked it

I immediately warmed to the author's style of writing. The author also did a very good job going back and forth between then and now as well. This is a story about a troubled teen who grows into a troubled adult who eventually resolves the many issues - and figures out how they are related. There is a mysterious thread that weaves through this entire story - and the conclusion is satisfying. This is a fast read - in that I didn't want to stop at the end of any chapter. If you enjoy a well-writte, true narrative - this book is for you!
