really liked it
bookshelves: graphicnovel, ya

The mysterious stranger trope, but the story starts off with him being called "Lady Kate" and being beaten up. He takes money from the railroad man to burn the next town, where something mysterious is going on that is causing the railroad workers to get spooked. He unfortunately discovers that the cause is an old miner's utter contempt for the Comanches, which is unfortunate since the miner is also the father to his new love interest.
