She grew up listening to her widowed mother tell stories of Aunt Dimity and she always assumed that they were fictional stories. Years later after her mother's death, her divorce, and an economic downturn, all Lori has left is her stuffed rabbit and her memories of her mother's tale. Suddenly she is informed by letter that Dimity Westlake has left her a sizable legacy if she can meet certain conditions. Off Lori goes to discover the truth about Dimity and to find a new life, love and new stories.

Aunt Dimity is a ghostly presence. THis is a sweet romantic story.
