What i dont like about The BFG is how the giant takes the little girl to his town.what i do like about the BFG is how the giant and the little girl are the same in different sizes. For example on page 16 the giant spots Sophie staring at him,so the giant goes to her room and snatches her. Then he starts to run.Another example is on pages 73-75 when the human eating giants throw rocks at the bfg.The way the giant and Sophie are alike is that they both are scared of different people. You would like this book if you like the advunturouse comedies done by Roald Dahl.I say this because in this book Sophie finds out that not all giants are bad. While Sophie figures that out,she hangs with the Bfg to see what he does with his dreams. Also Sophie helps the bfg get rid of the human eating giants. One problem i had with this book is that the characters speak weird. For example,on several pages the bfg says 'is you or i usaully is'.Another problem is that i don't understand why the queen tells all the countries that giants have been eating their people when the kings and queens of those countries wont believe her. What i learned from this book is to never judge someone if you don't know them. For example,on page 19 Sophie thinks that the giant is rushing home to eat her for breakfast.Boy was she wrong. This is a very funny and inspirational book.I hope you enjoy reading it.
