it was amazing
bookshelves: cover-lust, awh-fluffy, favorites, book-crushes, inlove-with-prose, realistic-contemporaries

The plot is a lot like a combination of Amy and Roger's Epic Detour and Sky is Everywhere because of the road trip and the devastating death of Harper's sister, Jude.
Now, this is the kind of prose I like, it's not pretentious and not too fancy with a mixture of profanity which I'm a fan of. I would like to be able to write like this, to be honest.
And the story itself, god, it's so moving and smooth-sailing. I really like the characters especially Jacob and his passion to music. I would love to meet someone like him.
