A Governess arrives at an old house to take care of two orphaned children that are in the care of their uncle; she soon sees ghosts.
I think psychological thrillers are supposed to keep you on the edge of your seat with suspense, but I never had that feeling with this book. Maybe in this age of special effects and terrifying stories (many of these are carried on the nightly news), this book was some what confusing and otherwise bland.
