really liked it

This was really good, and there are a lot of things they said that resonated. A lot of this isn’t particularly new, but the context they provide around why was really illuminating. They talk about why you might feel better after exercising, why rest is necessary and good. For example - I often have better opinions and ideas after something is able to sit in the back of my mind for a while, even though I don’t think about it. But that’s a thing! That’s my default mode network churning away while I knit or whatever. Very informative and validating at a time when I needed to hear it.
