it was amazing

This is one of the most amazing books I've ever read. I wish that I could have found this book ten years ago. I believe it could have made a big difference in relationships I've been in. It teaches how to communicate empathetically, both to listen and to express, from the perspective of feelings, needs and requests, rather than thoughts, judgements and demands. I can see how many mistakes I've made in communicating with people I care for over the years and I'm determined to learn how to use the principles in this book in current and future relationships. If you want to know how to get along better with your spouse, lover, kids, friends, boss or anyone else you interact with, this book is a must read.
