A nation's well-being is closely related to its civil history and geological circumstances. All factors considered, a nation's extreme poverty is nowhere near ignorance, stupidity and laziness. On the contrary, not always the case is intelligence and dilligence, regading a nation's fortune. Help from fortunate countries to its unfortunate counterparts is not only right and just, but naturally and systemically required.
