** spoiler alert ** After six and a half years with Rose & co. and devouring every book that let me escape to their world, I am so sad this is the end. And while it wasn’t totally the ending I had hoped for, this book took us on yet another intense ride and really was the perfect ending that these characters deserved. Well, in my opinion, all except maybe James. To have that redemption and then have the ending he did just felt like... why??? I guess I get it, but it was all a little too heartbreakingly harsh for me.
In all though, while the storyline gets a bit convoluted and hard to follow at times in terms of who knows what and why, I appreciate that the book somehow answered all our questions and tied up all the loose ends without feeling rushed or forced.
