“War does not determine who is right, war determines who is left.” (Not a quote from this book, but one ive heard before that it seems to exemplify.)
This book is scary. And depressing. Don’t read or listen to this looking for fun, or even traditional “good wins or evil” thriller outcomes.
So who should read it? Politicians and policy makers. Military members. Diplomats. In short anyone who can make decisions to avoid a war should read this.
A war between the the US and China would be much worse than many people think. This book helps you understand how.
4 Star reviews mean I enjoyed this book, I may read it again. I would recommend it to many people and it likely changed my mind about something important.
