it was amazing
bookshelves: childrens, poetry

Urban 'tween male poetry, telling the story of 11-yr-old Lonnie. His parents died when he was 7 and his beloved sister 4, and he and his sister have recently been placed in different homes. Now he has a teacher who encourages him to put his roiling feelings down into poetry. Totally cool, but who knows if I can sell it to the kids who would most be interested.
