really liked it

Fifteen year old Kellie Heartwood must go live with her father after her mother is killed in an accident. Life at the Renissance Faire is a new way of life for Keelie. Everyone who works at the faire is weird. The actors of the faire keep calling each other lady and lord even after closing time. And things get even stranger. Her freakish tree allergy is acting up overtime and her dad's pesky cat Knot will not leave her alone. When Keelie starts seeing fairies and communicating with trees, she discovers there's much more to her deformed ear and a pesky cat than she could imagine. "The Tree Sheperd's Daughter" is a must read for all ages.
