The premise is that the quality of a person's diet and nutrition may account for many health issues, particularly those related to mood.

While I don't agree with everything the author says, mostly in the appendices, the book does provide much information from other doctors who have performed research into and treat people by looking at their vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

Worth looking at.
