Couldn't resist plucking this off the tiny English language bookshelf at the library down the street to see what Stephen King would do if asked to write a crime novel. Written as a long conversation, it's a nice piece of story-telling; you can imagine yourself in the room with the two quirky old guys. King himself admits that many readers will either love it or hate it, because it's not 'normal' King and the ending isn't what you'd expect out of a crime novel. I love his style, and reading it was a nice way to spend (yet another) gloomy Saturday afternoon.
