It was a very cute book when i read it, Cap short for capercorn is a hippie sent to public school for the 1st time after his granny (his home school teacher) gets injured and is in the hospital. Cap stays at the school's guidance counselor and her stereo type teen daughter's house. Cap gets picked on at his new school for being different. Cap is tricked to run for school prez buy Zach P. And the rest is historyas they say. The reasons i gave it a three was beacause the plot not the story was weak, the characters where appealing and enjoyable but too average and juvenile. Im sorry but the main character just wasn't interesting! The caracters where in the range of one dimensional to two dimensional with the occasional 3 dimensional splashed here and there. I have to say I did think that the writhing style was out of the box and refeshing. This is a good easy read but your basic rising action climax falling action story. I feel awful to be that random dead moth in the cereal bowl but this is just not my favorite short book. :'C
