it was amazing

I can’t recommend this book enough! It’s not a page-Turner memoir nonfiction; it’s not a How To; it’s not a dry recap of history. For every Gen X woman living now (married, children, no kids, working, stay at home, freelancing, single, divorced, raised in a whole family, children of divorce, etc), this is OUR story. In reading “Why We Can’t Sleep,” you’ll see yourself, your anxieties, your insomnia, your relationships, your life. But you’ll also recognize friends, neighbors, and your worst social media nemeses (whose lives really aren’t that perfect). It’s not a pity party or a self help book, but more a reservoir of insight. It’s who we are: strengths, weaknesses, successes, failures, vices, and crises, all wrapped in one book cover.

Even if you hate nonfiction and have no trouble sleeping through the night in your 40s, READ THIS BOOK! You won’t regret it.
