I won this book through Goodread's First Read program. It took me awhile to get to it because it is the 13th book in the Bishop/SCU series and I wanted to make sure I read the first 12 before I read this one.

This book is about two sisters. The first is Jessie who works for Haven, a private investigative organization that uses psychic skills to help track down killers. Haven works closely with the FBI and the SCU unit of the FBI headed by Noah Bishop. She heads back to her hometown of Baron Hollow, North Carolina to try to remember a past that haunts her to this day and to deal with it. Her sister, Emma lives there. Emma has been having dreams in which she sees woman being tortured and killed.

Not Hooper's best work but still a fun quick read.
