An amazing book. simply. like her title- Eat, Pray, Love. A true story about a journey out of depression into learning how to be happy. a journey of self healing.

What I loved about it is the fervour with which she throws herself into her own therapy- not afraid to go through an open doorway and experience life wherever it leads. And her honesty- I felt like it was a conversation with an old friend.
The line I love is when she says she is 'the administrator of my own rescue'. I think this book is a keeper. She has a beautiful way of pulling you into the story and keeping you uplifted at the same time.
