This book was real interesting. I rarely read Fantasy circling around supernatural and paranormal, but the synopsis truly got my attention. Reading The Bitterwine Oath proves that I am missing a lot when ignoring this genre/concept!
The story was chilling and mysterious, there was thrill, and I’m so glad that all the suspenseful build-up was worth it. It’s one of those books that get you saying “OH that makes sense! Why didn’t I think of that?”
The characters were great. The MC, Nat, was a reliable narrator. And Levi of course, is serving charming love interest vibes~
Overall, I enjoyed reading the book! It only took me like 2 days to finish it, and just so you know I’m a (slow) mood reader, that only means the story was good and again, real interesting.
Also the ending calls for a sequel 👀
