really liked it

This was a very interesting book! It was not a super quick read for me, but so fascinating. I loved the stories about the people of Warsaw who had such spirit and fight in them during WWII. I did not know much about the history of this county during this time period, but this book is based upon many journal entries and historical facts, so you really get a great insight into the jewish ghetto, the underground society that hid people in the zoo, and the stories of loss. This book is well worth reading.
