Such an entertaining introduction to this world! Sariel is a fallen angel, who is part of a triad of angels who protect humankind. Demons have been doing their evil best to make life wretched, making the fate of humans pretty dismal. The effect: less human babies are being born. The solution: only one human can fix things. She must make the ultimate sacrifice to save humanity. The human: Jenica.

As a direct descendant of Eve, she has the power to create a child with great power, if she is mated to Sariel. For them, it was definitely lust at first sight and as Jenica is introduced to the wonders of the angelic world, she introduces Sariel to the wonder of love.

I really enjoyed this book and I can only hope that the author continues writing books for these characters. Their story is far from over.
