Every once in a while, I watch the TV show Hoarders. So when I saw this book, I thought it looked interesting. It is the story of a woman whose mother is a compulsive hoarder. I found the book to be really interesting. It is nice to be able to see a different side to that behavior, and to learn a little more about it. The author definitely did her own research, but then also told her own story while teaching the reader about the disorder. I liked that she is so normal, while at the same time trying to deal with the conflict of feeling she has towards her mother. I cannot imagine having to go through that myself, and I think that she does a good job balancing her life. Overall, I think this is a good book, and I think the author did a great job telling her story.
