really liked it

I won this from the Goodreads First Reads Program and it's a delightfully flawed, if a little too clever clever novel.
Too adroit, less would have been more, but I appreciate the exertion. The insight into men in this book, while solely based on one man, the author is interesting.
The plot and characters are transparent and yet somehow engaging.
I found myself wondering not only, what’s next, but how will it end?
The main, Silver is so unlovable, you have to love him; he’s a screw up who knows it and will go to extraordinary and stupid lengths to fix problems that only exist because he made them problems.
Authentically muddled and intriguingly idiosyncratic.
